Neighborly was a band with Tom Ackerman (Skiploader, Sunday's Best & The Kite-Eating Tree) and Bob Penn (Coco B's, The Jealous Sound & Raquet Club) based in LA circa 1998. Sonically it's "emo" Alternative Rock, a la early Foo Fighters meets Jimmy Eat World.
